4. Permissions Used

• INTERNET: Required for server communication

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to detect internet availability

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used only on Android 9 and below to save PDF salary slips

5. Data Retention

Employee data is retained for as long as the account remains active. Data deletion requests can be made through the company administrator.

6. Third-Party Services

The application uses the iText PDF library exclusively for generating salary slip PDFs. This library does not collect or transmit user data.

7. Children’s Privacy

This application is intended strictly for employees and is not designed for use by children under 13 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
